4. User Responsibilities
You agree:
- Not to misuse the service

- NyxFilter does not guarantee accuracy of hidden or visible comments

7. Liability
NyxFilter is not responsible for:
- API downtime
- Misclassification of comments
- Account restrictions by Instagram or Meta
- Lost data or damages
