At NyxFilter, you have full control over your data. You can request deletion of all your data at any time.
How to Delete Your Data
Option 1 — From the Dashboard
If you are logged in, the easiest way is to disconnect your account directly from the dashboard:
- Go to your Dashboard
- Scroll down to the Connected Accounts section
- Click Disconnect Instagram Account
- Confirm the prompt
This immediately and permanently deletes your account, access tokens, and all moderation log data from our servers.
Option 2 — Contact Us
If you no longer have access to your account, email us and we will manually delete your data:
support@fayhide.com
Please include the Instagram username associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your NyxFilter account and session
- Your connected Instagram account details (username, profile info)
- Your Instagram access tokens
- All moderation log entries (hidden comments history)
What We Cannot Delete
- Comments on Instagram — those remain on Instagram's platform and are subject to Meta's policies
- Server access logs retained for security purposes (auto-purged after 30 days)
